Players - Q. I've purchased a microSD, transferred music on to it which I can see on the player, but a message pops up saying it cannot be played?

Answer:

When copying files externally of the player on to a microSD,  after inserting it into the player, go into 'Settings' on the player, scroll to the bottom and choose 'System Reset', then choose 'Initialize Media Scan', let this complete and then check to see if you now have playback.  This can also fix missing album artwork.
